About 30 years ago my husband and I bought our first Miniature Schnauzer and we fell in love with the breed. A few years ago we decided it was time for us to start our own breeding program on a small scale. We keep most of our puppies for Show but do offer some puppies as pets. The Miniature Schnauzer breed makes wonderful pets for both adults and children. Miniature schnauzers are spirited yet obedient family dogs. They usually enjoy, and are responsive to early socialization and obedience training. Miniature Schnauzers enjoy the company of children and other animals-- especially if raised with them from an early age.
